Bodypump

BODYPUMP

- is a 45 minute group exercise workout. The class focuses on using a barbell and is perfect for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. BODYPUMP is a total body workout using the key element of the Rep Effect. This is a breakthrough in fitness training focusing on high repetition movements with low weights. Our instructors will coach you through these scientifically proven moves and techniques, pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music!

Body combat

BODYCOMBAT

 - is a high-energy martial arts-inspired workout that is totally non-contact. Punch and kick your way to fitness and burn up to 740 calories* in a class. No experience needed. Learn moves from Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira and Kung Fu. Release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ. Bring your best fighter attitude and leave inhibitions at the door.

A class that will improve not just your body but also your mind. Bend and stretch through movements that combine the best of yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates, while listening to an inspiring soundtrack.
This holistic workout is a brilliant way to find harmony and balance.
An important part of this class is learning breathing control, and our instructors will help you learn this, with options for those just getting started.
You'll experience increased core strength, less stress and a feeling of wellbeing and happiness.

CXWorx

CXWORX

A stronger core makes you better at all things you do, from everyday life to your favourite sports - it’s the glue that holds everything together.
All the moves in CXWORX have options, so it’s challenging but achievable for your own level of fitness. During the 30-minute workout trained instructors guide you through correct technique as you work with resistance tubes and weight plates, as well as body weight exercises like crunches, and hovers. You will also get into some hip, butt and lower back exercises.

GRIT

GRIT

A 30 minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) group exercise workout, designed to improve strength, build lean muscle and burn body fat all at the same time! Combining barbell, weight plate and body weighted exercises to blast all the major muscle groups. This is an energetic and motivational class which is designed to get you outrageously fit. The class may be short but the effects of HIIT training will keep working on the body for 24 hours, not to mention it will be over before you know it!

RPM

RPM

This is indoor cycling classes is set to the rhythm of motivating music. It burns a lot of calories, gets you fit and leaves you feeling euphoric. LES MILLS SPRINT is a 30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results. It's a quick and hard style of training that returns rapid results with minimum joint impact.

BODY ATTACK

- is a high-energy fitness class with moves that cater for total beginners to total addicts. We combine athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats. A LES MILLS instructor will pump out energizing tunes and lead you through the workout – challenging your limits in a good way, you'll burn calories and leave with a sense of achievement. 

sh'bam

SH'BAM

SH'BAM is an ego-free-zone which provides a fun loving, insanely addictive dance workout where no dance experience required. All you need is a playful attitude and a cheeky smile, so forget being a wallflower, even if you walk in thinking you can’t, you’ll walk out knowing you can! 

Absolutely anyone of any age or fitness level can SH’BAM. Your instructor will guide you through a series of simple yet sassy dance moves, all set to a party playlist.

born to move

BORN TO MOVE

- is a series of movement based classes for younger and older children, which gets them moving to energetic music.

Our instructors will have them singing, dancing and smiling. 
The classes will be tailored for specific age groups, and will focus on improving balance, coordination, flexibility, and stamina.
This is also a brilliant way for your child to improve their social skills and make new friends, while developing a love of fitness along the way.

BORN TO MOVE classes are divided into three age categories: 6 - 7 year olds, 8 - 12 year olds, 13 - 16 year olds.
